Tournament Registration Cancellation Policy

Entry Fees Cancellation and Refund Policy:

1. Cancellation before RSVP date: Refund will be issued (minus the processing and credit card transaction fees).

2. Cancellation after RSVP date: No refund will be issued unless a replacement player is found under the following rules:

   • Replacement player is an EBG member only for EBG tournaments.

   • If a replacement player is found, the replacement player will pay to the original player privately at their own terms and conditions. EBG will NOT be involved in the transaction.

   • Original player(s) need to notify tournament committee (TC) about the replacement player TWO days in advance so pairings, electronic leaderboard, etc.  can be adjusted accordingly.
